The Scenic 7

The Scenic 7 is meticulously crafted to highlight the natural splendor of Cwmcarn Forest Drive while providing a rewarding challenge for participants at all levels. Prizes will be awarded to top finishers in various categories including Overall Male & Female Winners, First Three Finishers by Gender, Veteran Categories (40+, 50+/60+ for males; 35+, 45+/55+ for females), as well as the first male and female teams with three scoring members.
Entry fees are set at £7.00 for affiliated runners and £9.00 for non-affiliated participants, with a small booking charge included. The event is suitable for all running abilities but unsuitable for wheelchair athletes due to its undulating terrain.
Race numbers can be picked up from the registration desk upon arrival or in advance through Entry Central before 28th July 2026 when online entries close at 9:00 PM. On-the-day registrations are also available, though no cancellations or deferrals will be accepted after this date unless you transfer your place to another runner via your Entry Central account.
