The Treggy 7

The Launceston 7 Mile Circular Race begins at 10am from the heart of town, with runners gathering earlier for registration at the Town Hall. The race kicks off downhill out of Launceston's bustling streets and onto winding rural roads that offer scenic views and a mix of terrain.
At around the halfway mark—3.5 miles—a water station awaits near Tregadillett Primary School, situated after a half-mile climb through the village. As runners leave the village at mile 4, they are treated to an exhilarating descent for the final three miles, with another water stop positioned just before the finish line.
The race concludes in grand style within the grounds of Launceston Castle, where participants can enjoy cakes and hot drinks available both pre-race and post-race back at the Town Hall. Ample restroom facilities are provided throughout the route, including locations near the start/finish area and along the course for convenience.
Awards will be presented to top finishers in various categories following the race inside the Town Hall. Detailed information about bag drop services will be communicated closer to the event date.
