The event caters to runners at all fitness levels with routes ranging from a family-friendly 2km option suitable for ages five and up, through to marathon distance challenges designed for more experienced athletes aged twenty-one and older. The park's flat terrain makes it an ideal location for first-time trail runners or those looking to step up their training. Participants can choose between walking on foot or bringing along their canine companions in the Cani-Cross category (excluding the Family 2km route). Nordic walkers are also welcome at any of the distances offered. The event offers separate start times for Cani-cross participants, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all involved. Live chip timing will be provided by Timing Up North to ensure accurate race results. All finishers will receive commemorative merchandise including an exclusive medal and a snack & drink upon crossing the finish line.
