ReBoot in Bermagui is set to energize the coastal town of Bermagui with an array of running events on Saturday, October 3rd. Participants can choose from four distinct courses: a half marathon trail run, two fun runs, and a kids' race designed for young athletes.
The highlight event is the 21.1km Half Marathon Trail Run starting at Dickinson Park in town. This loop course offers runners an exhilarating journey through stunning coastal scenery, including Camel Rock and Murunna Point. The route features diverse terrain with sections of beach running along the shoreline, winding paths through lush coastal bush tracks, stretches on made roads, and scenic walking trails. For those looking for a shorter yet equally engaging experience, the 10km Fun Run begins at Dickinson Park and follows a picturesque route to Haywards Beach via the harbor entrance rock wall and wetlands before returning through town. The no-hill option for families or groups is the 5km Fun Run/Walk, also starting at Dickinson Park.
