Welcome to Tjurruset – a race where grit triumphs over polished running technique! This event celebrates those who embrace getting dirty and aren’t afraid of a bit of mud under their nails. Choose between 10 kilometers or the more compact 5-kilometer route, both offering rugged trails and challenging terrain that will test your endurance.
Set in Norra Djurgården, Stockholm’s expansive green space, Tjurruset offers runners an intimate connection with nature. The forest here is familiar to many participants, making it a welcoming yet demanding environment for newcomers and veterans alike. With its muddy passages and wet underfoot conditions, the course promises an unforgettable experience that goes beyond just crossing the finish line.
This year marks our return to Norra Djurgården after hosting in 2024, with this being the ninth time the race has taken place here since its inception.
