A fast, certified road race on the Arakawa riverbank, with an elevation difference of 2m or less and a 10km loop that starts and finishes at Toda Bridge Athletic Stadium in Itabashi. The program covers the full marathon, 30K, half marathon, 10K, 5K and 1 mile. Pacers are placed in 12 groups for marathon paces from 2:30 to 4:20. Water stations (sports drink, water and salt tablets) are set every 3 to 4km and food comes once every 10km. Runners line up five minutes before the start, so warming up is possible until the last moment. The race counts toward the R.LEAGUE ranking, and repeat entrants registered with R.LEAGUE receive 10 percent off the entry fee. It is also a partner event of TEAM ONE TOKYO, a registered program offering a chance at Tokyo Marathon entry. Fees are 11,000 yen for the marathon, 7,700 yen for the half marathon and 30K, 5,500 yen for the 10K and 3,300 yen for the 5K and 1 mile. Registration runs 8:00 to 9:00, with the marathon, half, 30K, 10K and 5K starting at 9:30 and the 1 mile at 9:35. The nearest station is Nishidai on the Toei Mita Line, a 12-minute walk.
