Billed as Japan's fastest course, with an elevation difference of 2 m or less, this JAAF-certified race is run on the Arakawa riverbank on a 10 km loop starting and finishing at Toda Bridge Athletics Stadium. Events are the full marathon (11,000 yen), half marathon and 30K (7,700 yen each), 10K (5,500 yen), and 5K and 1 mile (3,300 yen each). Pacers cover 12 groups, from 2:30 to 4:20 at marathon pace. Water is available every 3 to 4 km, with food once every 10 km, and runners can warm up until five minutes before the start. The race is a designated event in the R.LEAGUE ranking series, whose registered runners get 10% off from their second start, and is a partner event of TEAM ONE TOKYO, which offers a route to Tokyo Marathon entry. Packet pickup runs from 8:00 to 9:00 and the marathon, half, 30K, 10K and 5K start at 9:30, with the 1 mile at 9:35. Time limits range from 12 minutes for the mile to 4 hours 30 minutes for the marathon, and results are issued online.
