Race HQ is located at Totnes Leisure Centre, which boasts ample amenities including toilets (with additional portable facilities on site), showers, and changing rooms for runners' convenience. Headphones are strictly prohibited during the event; any runner spotted wearing headphones will be disqualified immediately.
The Association of Running Clubs has granted this race a permit under number 26/0115, ensuring it meets all necessary standards and regulations.

Number transfers are only accepted at the leisure centre on race day; runners must visit registration where they can fill out a transfer form and pay an administrative fee of £3.
