About the Event

Discover the scenic beauty and rich history of Hot Springs at Tour de Salvation, a family-friendly cycling event that benefits The Salvation Army's Pathway of Hope program. This unique multi-bike ride offers three routes: road only, mountain bike (MTB) only, or both combined.
Join us on this day filled with adventure as you explore the city’s stunning landscapes and vibrant culture. Whether you prefer a leisurely cruise along the roads or an exhilarating descent through rugged trails, there's something for every cyclist here. The event is designed to cater to all skill levels, making it perfect for both seasoned riders and those just starting their cycling journey.
On the day of the ride, gather at the registration table early morning where you'll receive your bib numbers essential for accessing food and certain areas on the route. Helmets are mandatory for everyone, regardless of age or chosen route. A bike shuttle service will transport your MTB to a designated switch point; simply leave your road bike there as it gets shuttled back.
After your ride, savor delicious refreshments at our After Party held at the Farmers Market. Enjoy live music and camaraderie with fellow cyclists while you celebrate your achievements. Non-riders can also participate in the fun by attending the after party as a virtual rider.
The event is well-supported along all routes with SAG and aid stations ensuring that every participant has access to necessary assistance. Medical support will be available, but participants are encouraged to bring their own comfort medications if needed.
Tour de Salvation features diverse terrain that showcases both road and mountain biking skills. The Full Tour route offers an exciting challenge for those who wish to switch bikes mid-ride, while shorter routes cater to riders seeking a more relaxed experience or families looking for a fun outing together.
