Tour du Grand Parc

Celebrate the rich history of running with Le Tour du Grand Parc, an iconic race that has been part of France’s sporting landscape since its inception in 1903. This year marks the centennial edition of this beloved event, set to take place on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at Stade Lucien Genaille in Compiègne.
The festivities will unfold amidst the grandeur of the Château de Compiègne and its surrounding forest domain, a natural haven recognized under Natura 2000. Participants can choose from three events: a leisurely walk covering 7.5 kilometers or two running races at distances of 7.5 km and 15 km.
The course weaves through the lush greenery, offering runners an unforgettable experience with its mix of forest roads, paved paths, and winding trails. The terrain is predominantly flat to rolling, providing a scenic backdrop that showcases both the beauty of nature and historical significance of Compiègne.
Each participant will receive a commemorative medal upon completion of their chosen event. Prizes are also in store for the top male and female finishers in the 7.5 km race, awarded with the prestigious Vandendriessche Trophies.
The day’s activities kick off at 9:15 AM with the walk, followed by the races starting promptly at 10:00 AM. A friendly gathering will be held after the awards ceremony to congratulate all participants and celebrate their achievements.
Registration details for those aged 18 years or older include either a valid Pass Prévention Santé (PPS) or an active FFA license, while minors must present a completed parental authorization form. Bib collection is available on Saturday from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Sunday morning before the race start times.
