Trail bleu

The Trail Bleu is an eco-friendly and inclusive sporting event set to take place at the heart of Marly-le-Roi’s forest domain. Organized for charity, supporting the French League Against Cancer as part of Blue March initiatives, this inaugural edition offers three distinct trail running routes that cater to various levels of experience.
Starting from L'Étang-la-Ville in Yvelines, runners have a choice between three challenging yet scenic courses:
- L’Écureuil (6 km - 120 m D+): This short and accessible loop is perfect for beginners or casual walkers looking to enjoy the forest setting. It provides an easy introduction to trail running.
- La Chevreuil (15 km - 440 m D+): Ideal for regular runners, this intermediate route offers a mix of undulating terrain that keeps participants engaged with its varied elevation changes and quick pace sections.
- La Sanglier (25 km - 550 m D+): The main event’s longest course, La Sanglier challenges endurance through a series of rolling hills. This is where the true spirit of trail running shines as runners navigate diverse landscapes while pushing their limits.
A standout feature of the Trail Bleu is its inclusion of "The Grand Prix de la Montagne," a timed climb over 350 meters on an average slope of 10.4%. This segment rewards those who excel in mountainous terrain, adding an extra layer of excitement and competition to both longer routes.
Scheduled for March 13-14, 2027, the Trail Bleu promises not only a test of physical prowess but also a celebration of nature and community spirit. Participants will enjoy breathtaking views and lush greenery while contributing to a noble cause through their participation fees.
