Trail Bonifacio 2026

The Bonifacio Race Calendar is set to welcome runners and walkers of all ages for an exciting weekend filled with diverse events. The lineup includes three children's races, two adult trail runs, and a scenic walk.
On Saturday, October 24th, young athletes will have the opportunity to participate in the Children’s Races at Bonifacio Port. Three age categories are offered: Poussins (born in 2015-2016) with an approximate distance of 1.2 kilometers along the port quays; Benjamins (born in 2013-2014), covering around 1.6 kilometers and climbing approximately 90 meters over steep stairs and quay paths; and Minimes (both genders, born in 2011-2012) tackling a challenging course of about 3.2 kilometers with an elevation gain of roughly 210 meters across the port's rugged terrain and cliffs.
Participants must register on Sports’N Connect to secure their spots for free. Dossards will be available at Restaurant L'Escale from 10:00 AM until race day, and all children who complete a course receive a finisher medal along with refreshments post-race.
The following morning, Sunday, October 25th, the Trail des Falaises kicks off at 9:15 AM for an invigorating 8-kilometer trek. This route winds through Bonifacio's dramatic coastline and historic high city, ascending approximately 300 meters in elevation as it loops around the southern cliffs before returning to Spassighjata. Runners are reminded that bâtons de marche (walking poles) are not permitted due to environmental concerns.
For those seeking a more extensive challenge, the Trail de Bonifacio offers an exhilarating 17-kilometer course with over 540 meters of elevation gain. Departing at 9:30 AM from Gare Maritime, this route traverses Bonifacio's northern and southern cliffs as well as its historic high city before concluding back in Spassighjata.
Both trail events feature mid-race aid stations, a post-race buffet meal for competitors, and awards given to the top three overall finishers along with category winners. Registrations are mandatory through Sports’N Connect, where runners must upload their FFA license or PPS (Pass Prévention Santé) documentation upon sign-up.
The day's final event is an easygoing 6-kilometer walk that starts at Bonifacio Marina Parking Lot at 9:45 AM. This leisurely stroll through the countryside around Bonifacian highlights local beauty and charm, welcoming participants of all ages without a registration fee online—only in-person sign-ups are accepted from Saturday to Sunday morning.
