• Course Marking & GPX: The circuits are minimally marked but with BSN's usual high standard (still extensive). GPX tracks are available for download from the event website and Facebook page to assist with navigation.
• Mobile Phone Required: Participants are asked to carry a mobile phone in case of problems. A contact card with emergency numbers will be provided.
• No Timing/No Ranking (previous editions): Historically, the event has prioritized the pure pleasure of trail running without timing or rankings – finishing is a collective victory. Check 2026 rules for any updates.
• Spectator Experience: The start/finish area at Stade des Cours offers a friendly gathering point. The beautiful woodlands around Béruges provide spectacular viewing spots along the trails.

• Community: A passionate team of volunteers organizes this event to share their love of trail running and contribute to a worthy cause.
• Relaxed Atmosphere: Historically, no timing, no rankings – only the pleasure of running with friends and nature. The finish line is a place for animated discussions and shared joy.
• Supporting Hospitalized Children: Every registration and donation directly helps improve conditions for children and adolescents in hospital care. The event has previously raised €600 in a single edition through participant generosity.
