Trail de Mauves en Vert 2026

The TMV, organized by the running club RITM (Run In Thouaré Mauves) with permission from the municipalities of Thouaré-sur-Loire, Mauves-sur-Loire, Le Cellier, and Oudon, is set to take place on Sunday, October 4, 2026. This event offers a variety of challenges for runners and walkers alike, including a long trail race covering approximately 62 kilometers, a shorter trail run spanning around 30 kilometers, a nature course stretching about 17 kilometers, and a march nordique route extending roughly 15 kilometers. Additionally, there are two children's races with distances of 1 kilometer and 2 kilometers.
For all adult participants except those in the kids' events, it is mandatory to provide an FFA (Fédération Française d'Athlétisme) running license for the season 2026/2027 or a valid PPS (Parcours Prévention Santé). Children's race registrations can be made on-site.
The courses are meticulously designed with electronic timing chips, guiding runners through scenic paths and trails across private properties as well as some paved sections. The routes feature clear signage using ribbons and small signs that make it easy to follow the course while still requiring participants to remain vigilant to avoid getting lost or straying from the designated path.
The start and finish lines are located in Mauves-sur-Loire at the Champ de Foire, near the SNCF railway station. A portion of each registration fee is donated to a local association, contributing to community support while fostering an engaging atmosphere for participants.
