On Saturday, October 3, 2026, join the Oyé les Gazelles and Gazous event at Quessoy! Embark on an enchanting journey through the forested paths of Quessoy and Hénon. As you traverse these picturesque landscapes, you'll encounter historical landmarks and natural wonders that make this race a unique experience. The afternoon is packed with activities for runners and families alike: - A choice between 7 km or 12 km walks starting at 14:00 (registration on-site; adult entry costs €5, children and adapted groups cost €3). For each registration, an additional €1 will be donated to the Ligue Contre le Cancer as part of Octobre Rose. - Three fun kids races from 16:45: - A 500 m race for ages 5–7 - A 1 km event for children aged 8–10 - And a longer 1.5 km challenge for those between 11 and 13 years old. - Winners' podiums await each of the kids races, along with special gifts for all participants. For trail enthusiasts: - Solo Trail: The SOKA race is set to begin at 18:00 covering a thrilling 12 km (with 120 m+ elevation gain). Participants must be at least 14 years old and have parental permission. - Kaoline Race: Join the 7 km trail run starting at 18:30. The course features 80 m+ climbs, open to runners aged 14 or older with a signed parental consent form. At the Quessoy multi-purpose sports hall from noon on Saturday, you can pick up your race number and get ready for an exhilarating day of competition followed by post-race refreshments including drinks and grilled foods. Remember to bring your hydration bottle, fully charged phone, and flashlight (for the 12 km trail) for a safe and enjoyable experience. After the races, celebrate with friends at the after-event social gathering where you can mingle and enjoy some well-deserved treats! See you there!
