Trail FMLGD returns to Saint-Côme, Quebec on September 26th, 2026. Set in the beautiful Montagne de Val-Saint-Côme park, this event is a unique movement for supporting mental health among caregivers. For its inaugural year, Trail FMLGD has been organizing to make a meaningful impact. Opened in 2026 with support from the Program d’aide aux médecins du Québec (PAMQ), this event aims to help physicians facing personal challenges. By participating or forming teams, runners can contribute directly to humanizing and strengthening healthcare systems. The course begins at the Montagne de Val-Saint-Côme park's main entrance on Saint-Côme Avenue. It weaves through diverse terrains, including rocky paths and forested trails, with an elevation that gently rises before descending back down for a smooth finish near the starting line. Runners can count on aid stations along the way to keep them fueled. For hydration and nourishment, runners will encounter designated points where water is available every 2 kilometers.
