TRAIL TAHITI PAPENOO 2026

The Association Sportive Courir en Polynésie (ASCEP) proudly presents the 20th edition of its renowned "Trail Tahiti Papenoo" race, scheduled for August 30, 2026. This event is organized under the auspices of the Fédération d'Athlétisme de Polynésie Française (FAPF) and offers runners a unique opportunity to explore the breathtaking landscapes of French Polynesia.
Participants can choose from several challenging courses tailored to different skill levels, including the 13-kilometer Trail Découverte for beginners, the 22-kilometer Trail Challenge for intermediate athletes, and the grueling 42-kilometer Trail Élite designed for seasoned trail runners. Additionally, a leisurely 8-kilometer Marche option is available for those who prefer a more relaxed pace.
To ensure safety and compliance with regulations, all participants must provide proof of eligibility through one of several accepted documents such as a current FFA license or FTTRI membership from the year 2026. Alternatively, runners can present a valid PPS (Parcours Prévention Santé) certificate or a medical clearance form stating they are fit to participate in running events.
