In the scenic Valley of Tenas, runners have the flexibility to adjust their race plans should unexpected circumstances arise. Should you find yourself unable to participate after registering for an upcoming trail run, organizers offer a cancellation policy that allows partial refunds based on when your request is made:
- Up until March 30: A full refund minus only 20% of the registration fee.
- From April 1 through July 31: Half of the original payment will be returned to you.
- Starting August 1: No refunds are available.
Additionally, if you wish to switch from one race distance to another and space is still open in your preferred route by contacting contact@trailvalledetena.com at least a month prior to the event date, such changes can be accommodated. A handling fee of €3 will apply for any modifications made after registration has been completed.
For those looking to transfer their spot to someone else before the race, this is possible provided it’s done no later than 30 days ahead of time through an email request sent to contact@trailvalledetena.com. As with other changes, a €3 administrative fee applies for transferring your entry.
