On the sunny shores of Sainte-Adresse, the HAC Triathlon invites you to experience two thrilling sporting events on August 30th: an Aquathlon for young athletes and a Cross Triathlon open to all. ### Youth Aquathlon (Avenir) The Aquathlon Avenir is designed specifically for children born between 2011 and 2020. This event combines swimming in the ocean with running along the picturesque coastline, offering participants a taste of endurance sports without stopping their chronometer. Competitors must attend a mandatory briefing at the MNS local on Promenade François Lebel starting from 9:45 AM before heading to the start line at 10:00 AM sharp. Parents or guardians are required to provide a signed authorization form for each child, which can be downloaded in PDF format. Additionally, non-licensed participants will have an Experience license (€4 per person) automatically added upon registration and must complete the health questionnaire QS-Sport Cerfa n°1569901. ### Cross Triathlon Raid du Cap For those looking for a more challenging adventure, the Raid du Cap is a cross triathlon that caters to both individual athletes and relay teams. This event features an exhilarating sequence of ocean swimming (400 meters), running on sandy beaches and trails (2.5 kilometers), mountain biking through rugged terrain twice around 5-kilometer loops (10 kilometers total in two segments), followed by another run along the coast (3 kilometers). The race is designed to be completed without breaks, testing participants' endurance across multiple disciplines. Participants must attend a mandatory briefing at the MNS local on Promenade François Lebel starting from 1:15 PM before heading to their respective start lines. Dossards can be collected between 12:00 and 13:30 in the PC Course, located near the Cap roundabout. A swimming cap is mandatory for all participants during the ocean swim portion of the race; bring your own as caps are not provided by organizers. As with the Aquathlon Avenir event, non-licensed individuals will have an Experience license (€4 per person) automatically added to their registration fees and must fill out a health questionnaire QS-Sport Cerfa n°1569901. Both events offer participants a unique opportunity to challenge themselves in one of France's most scenic coastal towns.
