On the morning of May 3rd, 2026, San Giustino (PG), Italy will come alive with the buzz and excitement of the Triathlon Sprint Altotereve. This year, the race steps up to a Silver Category event, offering athletes an enhanced experience on both land and water.
The day kicks off early with the TRIATHLON ALTOTEVERE KIDS competition, designed specifically for young triathletes across various age groups including Minicuccioli, Cuccioli, Esordienti, Ragazzi, and Youth A. This event is a crucial part of the Tuscan Regional Youth Championship, providing budding athletes an opportunity to showcase their skills on this prestigious stage.
As the sun climbs higher in the sky, attention turns to the main attraction—the TRIATHLON SPRINT ALTOTEVERE (Silver). Competitors will face a challenging course that includes a 750-meter swim at San Giustino Swimming Pool and a brand-new bike route optimized for speed and safety. The ride covers an exhilarating 20 kilometers, winding through scenic landscapes before transitioning to the final leg: a fast-paced 5-kilometer run.
Participants will enjoy top-notch facilities including access to the CONI Center in San Giustino, ensuring a professional race day experience from start to finish. Non-members can secure their One-Day License ahead of time for seamless registration and entry into this elite competition.
