This festive cycling event invites participants to add a Halloween twist or personal flair to their attire and bikes (optional fun). The ride kicks off at 9 AM from the Historic Onion Shed located at 154 S. Main Street in Farmersville, Texas. Register on the day of the event starting at 7 AM for $60; online registration closes on October 23rd. Participants can choose between a variety of routes: 22, 32, 42, 51, and 60 miles, plus an additional 50-mile gravel route, all available through RideWithGPS. Morning snacks are provided for registered riders, with the Saint Arnold’s Beer Garden open from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. This family-friendly venue offers a $10 entry fee and features live music at the Onion Shed location. Five rest stops will provide drinks and snacks along your journey. A SAG wagon is available for support, ensuring you have a smooth ride through scenic paved roads that showcase the beauty of Farmersville. Early bird registrants can claim their complimentary event t-shirts until September 1st; there may be some left on sale at $20 on race day. For those looking to extend your stay, primitive camping is available at Sugar Hill Adventures in Farmersville, while hotels are conveniently located in nearby McKinney and Greenville.
