About the Event

On November 28, 2026, runners and walkers gather for the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force Reserves' 5k/1k walk/run in Cocorite. This inclusive event celebrates diversity by partnering with the Lady Hochoy Home & Day Training Centre to support neurodiverse education. Participants help fund essential school supplies for students at the Lady Hochoy School, ensuring that educational resources reach those who need them most.
The race course winds through scenic landscapes of Cocorite, offering runners and walkers a chance to experience the vibrant local community while contributing to an important cause. With a registration fee of $150 and optional T-shirt purchase for $100, this event combines physical activity with meaningful social impact.
Participants can expect a supportive atmosphere that encourages everyone to take part, regardless of ability or background. The TTDFR's commitment to inclusivity ensures that the race is welcoming and accessible to all who wish to join in support of neurodiverse education initiatives.
