Celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Trosa Ultra Backyard!
Join us on May 1st for an unforgettable running experience as we mark our tenth year with exciting additions and generous prizes. This long-standing tradition, which began in 2017, offers both individual and team competition opportunities.
The main event features a challenging yet rewarding course through the picturesque town of Trosa. With a maximum capacity of just 250 participants, early registration is highly recommended to secure your spot. Prizes include cash awards totaling 17,000 SEK from BCT AB—3,000 SEK for first place in both men's and women’s categories, 2,000 SEK each for second place, and 1,000 SEK each for third. Additionally, the overall winner will receive an extra 3,000 SEK.
For teams competing together, BCT AB is also offering a prize of 2,000 SEK to the winning club based on their combined performance in the event. The top three results from each participating team are counted towards this competition.
The day includes a special mini-event for younger runners called Mini-TUBEN, designed to encourage movement and fun with up to ten laps (8 km) and prizes provided by ICA Kvantum Trossen and Camfil. All participants in the children's race will receive medals and goodie bags filled with treats.
Participants can enjoy continuous raffle draws throughout the event for additional chances at winning various prizes, including sports drinks from Umara and snacks provided along the route. Refreshments such as fruit and sandwiches are available to keep energy levels high during your run.
The course itself offers a unique challenge: if you complete one lap within an hour, you're eligible to start again immediately in pursuit of more laps. This concept allows runners to push their limits while enjoying Trosa’s scenic landscapes at a comfortable pace.
For those traveling from afar, there are limited spots for tents and camper vans available upon request before the event. Camping facilities near Trosa can also be arranged if needed.
