About the Event

The Tuxedo Turkey Trot is a unique and festive race that takes place on the crisp, autumn afternoon of November 26, 2026. Participants are invited to dress up in their finest tuxedos or any creative costume inspired by Thanksgiving themes as they embark on this spirited run through picturesque suburban streets.
The main event features a competitive 5K course designed for runners of all abilities. The route winds past charming neighborhoods and local landmarks, offering scenic views and an engaging atmosphere throughout the race day festivities. Runners can expect to encounter some rolling hills that add variety to the flat terrain, providing both challenge and enjoyment as they navigate through this traditional fall setting.
For younger participants aged 12 years old and under, there is a special Fun Run event tailored specifically for them. This shorter course allows kids to experience the excitement of race day in a safe and fun environment filled with family-friendly activities and plenty of encouragement from fellow runners and spectators alike.
The Tuxedo Turkey Trot celebrates community spirit and holiday cheer while promoting health and fitness among all age groups, making it an ideal event for both serious athletes looking for a unique challenge or families seeking to enjoy the season together.
