Choose 55km ultra marathon (start: Dial Arch Square, Woolwich, 7‑7:30 AM staggered start) or 25km trail run (start: Upper Norwood Recreation Ground, 10‑10:30 AM staggered start). • The Capital Ring is a 78‑mile walking route that forms Greater London's "inner circle"
• Off the beaten track — almost total absence of main roads and highways
• Passes through medieval Eltham Palace, ancient woodland, rolling hills of Richmond Park, Wimbledon Common, and more
• Disused railway lines, parks, footpaths, and hidden green spaces
• Fully signed route — no navigation required
