About the Event

Nestled along Quebec's rugged Gaspésie coast, the Ultra Trail Forillon promises an unparalleled adventure where sea meets mountains. This fourth edition, set within the breathtaking Forillon National Park, offers runners of all abilities three days of diverse and challenging courses.
Begin your journey at Camping des Appalanches with a 55 km trek that climbs impressively to over 1,900 meters in elevation, providing an exhilarating ascent through stunning landscapes. For those seeking greater challenges, the grueling 110 km course awaits, featuring a daunting 3,400-meter climb and offering runners a test of endurance amidst breathtaking scenery.
For ultra-distance enthusiasts, the 160 km option is available with its staggering 5,350 meters in elevation gain. This route pushes your limits while rewarding you with panoramic views from every vantage point along the way. If traditional trail formats are more to your liking, five additional routes cater to various skill levels: a thrilling 45 km course with 1,460 meters of ascent; a solid challenge on the 25 km route and its 900-meter climb; and shorter options include an exhilarating 15 km race, a scenic 11 km run, and a swift 6 km dash.
Ultra Trail Forillon also introduces stage races with the Trans Forillon (TF) series. The TF100 is the most demanding of these multi-day challenges, followed by the TF75, TF50, and TF25 for those who wish to balance endurance with scenic exploration over three days.
Beyond the trails, immerse yourself in Gaspésie’s rich heritage and natural beauty. Forillon National Park invites you to unwind after your runs through a variety of activities like whale watching expeditions by boat or kayaking along picturesque coastlines. The Cap de l'Espoir Lighthouse is another must-visit landmark, offering breathtaking views from its historic site.
