Ultra X Morocco

Ultra X Morocco is an annual endurance challenge held in and around Ouarzazate, nicknamed "the door to the desert," in late November. The event offers two distinct race options: a grueling 110km course spread over two days and a single-stage 50km route.
Set against the backdrop of south-central Morocco's stunning landscapes, runners will traverse diverse terrains that include historic Kasbahs, traditional fortified villages, lush oases, and rocky desert expanses. The race courses are designed to immerse participants in the rich cultural heritage and breathtaking natural beauty of the region.
The climate during November is temperate, with cool evenings around 8°C giving way to warm days where temperatures can reach up to 30°C. This weather pattern allows runners to experience a range of conditions throughout their journey, from crisp morning starts to sunny afternoons under blue skies.
