Computerized Timing provided by T&H Timing. Split times at every mile and water stations on the course.
No strollers, bicycles, in-line skates, or scooters allowed. Handicap equipment is permitted.

The 5K run is a road course with moderate hills.

5K Run (all ages) or 1 Mile Walk Ages 13 & Over $30
Children 12 & Under $25 (1 Mile Walk Only)

All mail-in registrations must be postmarked before May 1, 2026
Race Day Registration is $35 Run & Walk

Early packet pick-up will be avalible on Wednesday and Thursday from 10AM-6PM at the Extra Mile Fitness Co. 3400 Calumet Ave, Valparaiso, IN

On-site packet pick-up starts at 4:30PM on Friday.
