Experience the vibrant energy of Victory Races as it returns for Labor Day weekend. Lace up your running shoes and join us for a memorable race that promises both fun and fulfillment, right here in Minneapolis.
Race organizers have crafted two exciting options: choose between a 5K or a full 10K distance to suit your pace and preference. For those seeking the ultimate challenge, we offer a doubleheader event where you can run both courses back-to-back. Each race participant will receive a commemorative medal as a reminder of their achievement.
The course is designed for speed with its flat terrain, ensuring that every step counts towards personal bests. The 10K route begins on Webber Parkway near Colfax and heads west along Victory Memorial Drive until reaching the flagpole at Lowry Road. From there, it turns directly south to complete half of the journey before returning via the same path back to the start line. Meanwhile, the 5K course is equally straightforward, taking runners out to the flagpole and then straight back.
This event not only offers a fast-paced route but also supports local nonprofits that are working hard to strengthen the Minneapolis community through your participation. Race day kicks off early with the kids' run starting at 10:20 am, followed by the 5K race beginning at 9:30 am and wrapping up with the 10K start at 8:00 am.
