Thank you to all our dedicated volunteers for joining us at the annual Festival Foods Turkey Trot! Your support is invaluable, making this festive race possible. The volunteer check-in will take place on Wednesday, November 25th, from 12:30 pm to 6:00 pm at the Fox Cities Exhibition Center. On Thanksgiving morning, volunteers are needed from 6:00 am until 10:00 am. A variety of roles await you—both indoors and outdoors. For those who prefer the fresh air, opportunities like corner monitoring or distributing pumpkin pie treats will be available outside. If staying warm inside is your preference, registration assistance and packet pickup are perfect options. For our outdoor enthusiasts, we have a special gift just for you! Indoor volunteers can look forward to their own perks as well, ensuring everyone has an enjoyable experience. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled start time. This will give you ample time to check in, receive your complimentary Festival Foods Turkey Trot volunteer t-shirt, and get a brief orientation on the tasks ahead. Parking is conveniently handled differently for different days: - On Wednesday, street parking requires payment via an app or coins. - Thursday, Thanksgiving Day, offers free parking across all streets, ramps, and public lots. Join us in making this Turkey Trot a memorable event. Your efforts contribute greatly to the community spirit we celebrate every year.
