Volunteer - Janesville 2026

Thank you for your dedication to the Festival Foods Turkey Trot volunteer team. Your support ensures that this community event runs smoothly and is a memorable experience for everyone involved. The volunteer check-in location will be at the Janesville Boys & Girls Club Gymnasium, accessible through Door 10.
Volunteers are needed on two key days: Wednesday, November 25 from 1:30 pm to 6:00 pm and Thanksgiving morning from 6:15 am to 10:00 am. A variety of roles are available both indoors and outdoors to suit your preferences:
- Outdoor positions such as corner monitors or pumpkin pie handouts
- Indoor opportunities like registration, packet pick-up, and more
Outdoor volunteers will receive a special gift just for their efforts.
To ensure you have enough time for check-in, arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled start. This allows ample opportunity to gather all necessary materials and briefings on the role you'll be playing in making this event successful.
Parking is conveniently available throughout downtown Janesville as well as at the YMCA lots, ensuring easy access to the venue.
In recognition of your contribution, all volunteers will receive a complimentary Festival Foods Turkey Trot t-shirt. Your support is invaluable, and we look forward to welcoming you on these important days!
