Join us on May 30th as we honor, remember, and support those impacted by invisible
disabilities, illness, and chronic pain. This inclusive 5K invites participants of all abilities
to complete 3.1 miles—by foot or by wheels—bringing together runners, walkers,
skaters, families, and wheelchair users in a powerful show of unity and awareness.
Walk, run, roll, skate, or ride—however you move, you belong here.
At the finish line, participants are invited to leave their mark on a collaborative art wall,
creating a meaningful visual representation of resilience, support, and unseen struggles.
Through messages, artwork, and reflections, each contribution helps tell a
story—reminding us that strength often exists in ways we cannot immediately see.
With an inclusive and supportive atmosphere, opportunities for connection, and
engaging experiences beyond the race itself, this event is designed to bring people
together and spark important conversations.
This accessible, fully paved 5K supports the Invisible Disabilities Association and their
mission of education, connection, and awareness. All participants will receive a finisher
award..
