(Waterfalls and Scenic Views) Takarazuka-Nakayama Range Trail Run 10K - Beginner Workshop (【滝と絶景】宝塚・中山連山トレイルラン10km｜初級講習会)

This beginner workshop traverses the Nakayama mountain range in Takarazuka, with an optional hot spring visit for those who wish afterwards. The trail is varied, with impressive waterfalls, a rock area known as Takarazuka Rock Garden and ridgelines with open views.
The hills are low but there are plenty of ups and downs, so some running and hiking fitness is needed. Steep climbs are walked, and rest stops are built in. The session also covers mountain manners, equipment and how to run downhill. It is aimed at runners with little or no trail experience who want to try the mountains safely, marathoners curious about running in nature, and anyone who prefers a small group to going alone.
The coach has more than 15 years of trail running experience and over 14 years of teaching. The event has won the moshicom user satisfaction excellence award two years in a row and holds a rating of about 4.79 across more than 1,600 reviews.
