Starting September 13 at Cunshang Qianyu Glamping, Dagong Mountain Scenic Area, Nanling, Wuhu, Anhui, this trail race offers 35km "Storming the Peak" Challenge and 25km "Bronze Trail" Discovery categories. Registration is first-come, first-served, with early-bird pricing through July 31. The 35km (1,794m gain, ITRA ~1 point) starts 7:00 with a 9-hour cutoff; the 25km (1,448m gain, ITRA ~1 point) starts 7:00 with a 7-hour cutoff. Where a thousand years of bronze-age heritage meets the layered hills of southern Anhui -- runners cross a nationally protected ancient mining site en route to Nanling's summit. Home to what's genuinely considered the industrial heart of China's Bronze Age, Dagong Mountain is also the birthplace of Wuhu's trail-running scene.
