Hypothermic Half Marathon 2027 - Halifax

The Hypothermic Half Halifax is set to immerse runners and walkers into the brisk winter air of 2027 with its challenging yet rewarding race options. Participants can choose between the half marathon distance of 21.1km or a more manageable 10km route, both designed to test endurance in cold conditions.
Race day will see participants navigating through scenic coastal areas and urban landscapes, where runners are encouraged to carry their own hydration and nutrition due to limited self-service water stations along the course. The event is meticulously timed using chip technology for accurate results that will be posted after the race concludes.
One of the highlights of Hypothermic Half Halifax is its post-race brunch, which includes a hearty meal for all in-person registrants as part of their entry fee. Additional brunch tickets can also be purchased during registration if you wish to bring along friends or family members who are not participating but still want to enjoy the festive atmosphere.
