Wendover Woods 50

The WW50, a 50-mile trail race through Wendover Woods, challenges runners with five consecutive 10-mile loops on varied and picturesque forest trails. Each loop offers a mix of smooth descents and runnable climbs over wide, soft paths that wind through the lush woodland scenery. However, these more forgiving sections are interspersed with steep ascents and descents to keep participants engaged throughout.
Runners will experience full support from nine well-stocked aid stations along the course, ensuring they have access to essential supplies such as water, snacks, and medical assistance when needed. The race is fully sanctioned by UK Athletics under a permit granted through Trail Running Association (TRA), providing runners with peace of mind in terms of safety and organization.
