WILD HYBRID BIRMINGHAM - CANNOCK CHASE FOREST SOLOS

Nestled north of Birmingham, Cannock Chase Forest awaits runners and ruck enthusiasts for an unforgettable adventure. This sprawling woodland offers miles of trails, paths, fire roads, and dense woodlands, making it ideal for trail running and challenging terrain exploration.
The event features a unique blend of solo runs and RUCK RUNS, with the latter kicking off at 9:30 AM. Participants can choose between a scenic 5km or a more demanding 10km route while carrying their own pack—men will carry a 10kg load, women a 7kg one. These packs must be brought to registration for verification.
The ruck run finishers are rewarded with exclusive Wild Hybrid merchandise and products from the event sponsors, adding an extra layer of excitement to this already thrilling experience.
Located in Rugeley within Cannock Chase Forest (postcode WS15 2UQ), the venue is easily accessible via Google Maps or through its What3Words address: bugs.helpful.desiring. Parking will be available for a nominal fee of £5 per vehicle, ensuring easy access to this natural wonderland.
Competitors will receive their start times one week prior to the event via email and can expect to run anytime between 8 AM and 5 PM on race day. The entire course is equipped with live chip timing provided by Timing Up North, guaranteeing accurate and timely results for all participants.
