The event adheres strictly to road regulations, meaning participants must be confident cyclists capable of riding safely alongside other traffic. Cyclists aged 17 and over are welcome provided they comply with all rules set by Wild Deer Events and adhere to UK cycling laws.
Participants should ensure their bicycles meet the legal requirements for public roads and that they carry appropriate safety gear such as helmets, lights (if required), and reflective clothing when necessary. E-bikes are also permitted but must conform to UK regulations regarding electrically assisted pedal cycles.
