About the Event

Experience the scenic trails of Northwest Arkansas at our Flagship Ride. This monthly event offers an unforgettable journey through lush forests and rolling hills, perfect for both beginners and seasoned riders alike. Whether you're dusting off your mountain bike or looking to explore more challenging terrains, this ride has something in store.
Join us on a Saturday morning starting at 10:00 am from the meeting point near Lawrence Plaza (205 NE B St). Look out for our distinctive WOZ flags and tent. After the ride, enjoy post-ride socializing with fellow cyclists at HUB Bike Lounge beginning at noon.
Our certified instructors will lead rides suited to various skill levels—from beginners to advanced riders. Whether you're new to mountain biking or need a refresher on fundamental skills, we have a program tailored for you. Participants can choose from four distinct ride groups based on their current abilities and fitness:
1. Fundamental Skills Clinic: Ideal for those who are just starting out or haven't ridden in a while.
2. Skill Level 1 & Green Group: For riders with basic skills looking to improve.
3. Blue & Blue+ Groups: Perfect for more confident riders aiming to push their limits further.
4. Black Group: Designed for advanced cyclists ready for intense, fast-paced rides.
Each group will tackle trails that match its skill level, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. Register early if you plan to ride with friends; same-level groups are recommended to maintain the right pace and challenge.
All participants must bring their own well-maintained mountain bike (consider having it checked by your local shop), helmet, closed-toe athletic shoes, flat repair kit, water, snacks, sunglasses for eye protection, and gloves. The terrain may include rocky surfaces, bridges, and technical climbs that require careful handling.
