XRACE Adventure Mont Ventoux offers runners and cyclists an unforgettable challenge amid the stunning landscapes of Southern France. This multi-discipline race takes place over two days, with participants enjoying a mix of cycling, skiing on wheels (ski-roue), trail running, and mountain biking. On Friday evening, competitors gather at Centre de Vacances Les Florans in Bédoin to collect their bib numbers between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. A bus departs from Bédoin around 5:00 PM for the town of Sault, where participants can also make their way there independently with support teams or friends. At 6:00 PM, the ski-roue events kick off in Sault, including formats like Xrace+, solo and relay races, along with a Mythical challenge. The evening continues with more action as athletes take part in various ski-roue competitions at Chalet Reynard starting from 7:00 PM. Briefing information for all participants will be available online on the official website beginning of May. On Saturday morning, the excitement builds up early when transition park opens its doors to racers at 6:30 AM. By 7:30 AM, solo and team events including Xrace+, Full Bike, Off Road, and Rando VTT begin their journey until 8:30 AM. The route race for relay teams, road cycling randonnée, and trail running start shortly after at 8:30 AM. The day concludes with a thrilling Trail/Run & Bike event that starts promptly at 9:30 AM, setting the stage for an exhilarating finish to this dynamic weekend of sports. The unique terrain of Mont Ventoux offers both challenging climbs and rewarding descents, making it ideal for all types of racing enthusiasts looking to push their limits in a picturesque setting. Participants can opt for various modes of transport during transitions: solo racers use bicycles while relays travel by bus or carpool with support from assistants. This ensures that everyone has the best chance to perform at their peak throughout this diverse and engaging event.
