Starting 7:30 AM on Sunday, September 27 at the Yan'an Revolution Memorial Hall, Shaanxi, this half marathon caps at 8,000 runners for its single 21.0975km distance. Registration opens July 17 10:00 through July 23 18:00; if oversubscribed, entries are decided by lottery.
A red-heritage course tracing the spirit of Yan'an: the route links the Revolution Memorial Hall, Yangjialing, Zaoyuan, and Qingliang Mountain, with Baota Hill's pagoda watching over the entire course -- a run along the Yan River through revolutionary history.
Entry requires proof of two 10K+ race finishes within the past 24 months. Entry fee: 150rmb.
