Bramham Park Duathlons and Trail Runs
Experience the beauty of Bramham Park, an 18th-century estate nestled between Leeds and Wetherby, for our upcoming Sprint and Standard Duathlon events. The park's sprawling grounds offer a serene setting with over 1,200 acres of woodland trails and quiet country lanes, making it perfect for both trail running and cycling.
The event features two duathlons:
- Sprint (Short) Duathlon: A challenging yet manageable course that includes a 5km run, followed by a scenic 24km cycle through the park's picturesque paths. The race concludes with another 2.5km run.

- Standard Duathlon: For more experienced athletes, this longer event consists of a 10km initial run, a demanding 48km cycling route (two laps), and finishes with a final 5km run.
In addition to the duathlons, we are hosting standalone trail runs covering distances of 5km, 10km, and a half marathon. Each race offers runners and cyclists alike an opportunity to explore Bramham Park's extensive network of trails and lanes at their own pace.
The transition area is secure and designated for competitors only, with bike numbers clearly visible before entry. Race day starts early in the morning: Sprint Duathlon begins at 9:25am, followed closely by the Standard Duathlon starting at 9:30am.
All participants will enjoy live chip timing provided by Timing Up North to ensure accurate results and a seamless race experience. Upon crossing the finish line, athletes are rewarded with an event medal, complimentary Wild Deer merchandise, refreshments including snacks and drinks.

On-site parking is available at a cost of £4 per vehicle. To reduce traffic congestion and promote sustainability, car sharing among participants is strongly encouraged where possible.
