Zip the Cow 18 July 2027

Zip the Cow invites thrill-seekers to experience an adrenaline-pumping adventure at the iconic Cow and Calf Rocks above Ilkley. Participants will have the unique opportunity to walk or be transported by lift up to the top of the towering 'Cow' rock formation, where they can then leap off into a heart-stopping 270-meter zip-line ride that reaches speeds of up to 35 miles per hour.
Scheduled for both daylight and sunset slots in 2027, this event offers breathtaking views of Wharfedale. Daytime participants will enjoy spectacular vistas if they dare to glance away from the exhilarating descent. The experience is designed with accessibility in mind; lifts are available at 1:30 pm on Saturdays for those who cannot make the climb.
Participants can also gift a place in Zip the Cow without fundraising requirements by opting for more expensive slots and specifying their preferred time during registration. For group bookings, interested parties should contact Andrew Wood directly via phone or email.
