About the Event

Join us for an exciting Saturday session designed specifically for intermediate young riders aged 10-16. Younger enthusiasts are welcome too, provided their skill level meets our standards. The morning begins at 11am and runs until 1pm, offering a dynamic first hour filled with energy and learning opportunities. Participants will enjoy a brief break around noon before continuing into the afternoon session.
We encourage all riders to bring along a drink and snack for sustenance during breaks. While drop-in attendance is possible on race day, pre-booking ensures smoother entry and helps us plan better. Booking closes at 10pm on Fridays so we can prepare lists in advance.
Please remember to use your child's name when making the booking rather than yours. If they are members of HHYCC (Hillside Youth Cycling Club), there is a £2 discount available for this session as part of our membership benefits.
Our club relies heavily on volunteers, and if you're interested in contributing to any aspect of our operations—whether it's helping at the registration desk, assisting with bike maintenance, or participating in coaching sessions—we'd be delighted to have your support. All volunteer roles are managed on a rotating schedule.

Southwark is a district of Central London situated on the south bank of the River Thames, forming the north-western part of the wider modern London Borough of Southwark.
