Organized by Never Stop Trail Running, this first ITRA-sanctioned Jiufeng Mountain race starts 7:30 AM on September 13 on Jiufeng Mountain, Wuhan, with 26K Elite, 13K Challenge, 5K Experience, and 5K Family categories. Registration is first-come, first-served, with early-bird pricing through July 15.
The 5K family category (1 adult + 1 child, 202m gain) starts 7:30 with a 4-hour cutoff; the 5K Experience (202m gain) starts 7:00 with a 3-hour cutoff; the 13K Challenge (531m gain) starts 6:30 with a 4-hour cutoff; the 26K Elite (1,161m gain, ITRA 1 point) starts 6:00 with an 8-hour cutoff.
The course is a 13K loop, with the 26K Elite category running it twice -- worth knowing if you'd rather not repeat a lap.
