2026 Backroads Shake Out Rides

Get ready for the exhilarating Backroads Gravel event by participating in one of our pre-race shakeout rides on June 27 or July 19. These rides are designed to ensure you're well-prepared and confident as you approach race day.
June 27, Saturday
Meet at Darlington Tennis Courts at 1:45 pm for a social gravel ride along the scenic Heritage Loop. This approximately 40km route will give you an excellent preview of what's in store on August 8th.
July 19, Sunday
Start your day early with a meet-up at Darlington Tennis Courts at 8:45 am. After the ride, enjoy complimentary coffee and snacks at The Little Nook Cafe before heading back to the starting point.
