This festive race not only offers runners and walkers an engaging course but also supports local beautification efforts around Bloomfield's historic town square.
The event is set to take place in December, inviting participants to explore this quaint Midwestern setting under crisp winter skies. The route weaves through the heart of Bloomfield, showcasing its rich architectural heritage and warm community spirit. As you traverse the streets lined with beautifully restored buildings and festive decorations, you'll experience firsthand why Bloomfield prides itself on being a welcoming small town.
Awards will be presented to age division winners across various categories, ensuring that runners of all ages have an opportunity to shine. Medals are up for grabs in divisions ranging from 10-under males and females through to the 70-over category, encouraging friendly competition among participants.
For those unable to make it on race day, packet pickup is available both before and during the event. On Friday, December 11th, between 4:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., you can collect your materials at Bloomfield Main Street Office located at 101 E. Franklin St., right in the heart of town square. Alternatively, on race morning from 9 a.m. to 9:45 a.m., packets will be available for quick and easy pickup.
