About the Event

Join the vibrant community of volunteers at our annual Race Through Harmony, where your dedication and support are crucial for making this event a resounding success. As part of our team, you'll be the backbone that ensures runners have an unforgettable experience.
Volunteer Benefits:

- Free registration for future races (subject to qualification, limited spaces).
- Opportunities to fulfill community service hours at school or college.
Available Roles:
- Pre-race Packet Pickup: Distribute participant shirts and bibs with enthusiasm.
- Load-in & Load-out: Assist in setting up the venue before the event and breaking it down afterward.
- Venue Support: Hand out food, medals, water, awards, and more to keep runners fueled and motivated.
- Registration Desk: Facilitate packet pickup on race morning for a smooth start.
- Course Monitors: Guide runners safely along the course while cheering them on.
- Water Stops: Provide essential hydration such as water, gels, and other refreshments.
- Beer Garden (Must be TABC certified): Serve responsibly at our beer tent to ensure a safe environment.
Bike Lead: Ride in front of the first runner from start to finish, ensuring safety for all participants. Flexibility is key; assignments may vary based on needs.
