2026 Vancouver Spirit Run

About the Event

The Vancouver Spirit Run, proudly presented by Trigate Properties Group, invites runners of all levels to experience the beauty and energy of Jericho Beach Park on Sunday, September 27, 2026. As part of the Lower Mainland XC Series, this event offers a diverse range of distances suitable for elite athletes, competitive age group runners, and families looking to enjoy the outdoors together.
Participants can look forward to exploring scenic trails that wind through lush greenery, providing breathtaking views along every step. The course is designed with both speed and endurance in mind, ensuring an engaging challenge for seasoned competitors while still welcoming newcomers who want to participate at their own pace.
Online registration will be available until September 25, 2026, at 6:00 PM. BC Athletics members enjoy a discounted entry fee of $3.00 off per race. Race day registration begins promptly at 8:30 AM and concludes thirty minutes before each event's start time.
On-site participants will incur an additional charge for same-day entries; the cost is $5.00 for open races and $3.00 for youth events up to age seventeen, with relay race fees remaining unchanged from pre-registration rates.
Competitive age group classifications are based on the year of birth relative to the current calendar year (e.g., a runner born in 2016 will compete in the ten-year-old category).
