From September 12 to 13, 2026, the picturesque Pinzgau region will host the 27th edition of the World Games Champions competition. This renowned event brings together both amateur and professional cyclists for a thrilling weekend filled with challenging races on iconic mountain bike trails. The highlight of this year’s program is the E-Bike Marathon, an exhilarating race that spans over 42 kilometers with an impressive elevation gain of more than 1,700 meters. Cyclists will navigate through some of Austria's most stunning alpine landscapes, experiencing breathtaking scenery and a true marathon atmosphere. In addition to the main event, cyclists can also participate in several other races covering marathons distances on equally challenging terrain. The Junior Trophy offers young riders an opportunity to showcase their skills and compete for glory alongside seasoned professionals. The World Games of Mountainbiking welcomes all mountain bikers who wish to challenge themselves against some of the best athletes from around the world, vying for the prestigious title of “World Games Champion.” With elevations ranging between 1,000 and 2,100 meters above sea level, these races provide a unique test of endurance and technical skill.
